Residence – Esterel

Our team was mandated to design the structural system for this private residence. The uniqueness of the project lies in the steeply sloped site located along a lakeshore. A rigorous engineering approach was implemented to facilitate the installation of the foundations while ensuring overall slope stability. The project also included the design of a structural slab supporting the garage above the living spaces — a technical challenge successfully addressed by our team.
